If a patient presents to the practice without an appointment and they have urgent medical needs, the patient is triaged by a clinical team member, the practice will respond with the appropriate action according to the patient\u2019s needs. If the patient\u2019s needs are not urgent, our team will make every effort to accommodate the patient\u2019s needs by providing them with the next available appointment with a doctor.
