Walk in appointments availability policy
If a patient presents to the practice without an appointment and they have urgent medical needs, the patient is triaged by a clinical team member, the practice will respond with the appropriate action according to the patient’s needs. If the patient’s needs are not urgent, our team will make every effort to accommodate the patient’s needs by providing them with the next available appointment with a doctor. A triage guide is available at the reception area to assist non-clinical team members.
