Afterhours arrangements – If you require a doctor afterhours, please call 07 4529 7447 and your call will be diverted to our doctor on call.

Home visits – We offer home visits to patients known to the practice. Home visits need to be approved by your normal treating doctor. Home visits are available to eligible patients who are unable to attend the practice in person.

Walk in appointments – We do have the ability to see walk in patients, the patient will be triaged by a practice nurse to assess the urgency of the appointment needed. If the matter is urgent, the patient will be seen as a priority, if the matter is semi-urgent (must be seen on the day, the patient will be given an appointment with the next available doctor, or if the matter is routine, the patient will be offered the next available appointment within the next 1-2 days if there are no appointments available that day.

Telehealth/Telephone appointments – Patients who fit the Medicare eligibility for a Telehealth/Telephone consultation can call the practice to request a Telehealth/Telephone appointment, the reception team will confirm the patient meets the eligibility and make the appointment. There will be some cases where a physical examination is required, and the doctor will ask the patient to present.

Long appointments – If you have more than one health issue to discuss with your doctor, please tell the receptionist who will be able to make a longer appointment to suit your needs and give the doctor enough time to deal with and discuss each issue. Our appointment system is designed to allow for longer appointments when required. Please ask our friendly team.
